Terms & Conditions Deposits A deposit is required at the time of booking to the value of half the value of the accommodation and the full value of any airport collection required. Should you require an evening meal on the night of your arrival, the full price of this should be added to the deposit. Deposits can be made by French Euro cheque or money transfer. Additionally, credit and debit card payments will soon be accepted through PAYPAL but a 4% surcharge must be added to cover PAYPAL charges. Deposits will be refunded subject to a 15% handling charge. Notice of cancellation must be given at least 14 days before the due arrival date. Unfortunately no refund can be made for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Balance Payment Full payment for your accommodation and additional charges for meals, drinks, airport drop offs and guiding services will be added to your bill for payment on the day of departure. We can only accept cash (Sterling or Euros) or French cheques for balance payments. If you wish to pay by credit/debit cards though PAYPAL (add 4%) or by UK cheque, this must be arranged prior to your arrival. Arrival, Departure and Meal times On arrival, your room will be available between 14.00 and 19.00 unless by prior agreement. If you are going be late for any reason such as traffic or flight delays, please inform us. We reserve the right to re-let rooms after 19.00 unless you have advised us of late arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11.00. Breakfast is served between 08.00 and 09.30. If you would like an earlier or a Full English breakfast, please advise us the night before. Packed lunches are available if requested the night before. Evening meals with wine are available at 19.30 - please advise us at breakfast if you would like to eat with us. Please bear in mind that if we have been out with you during the day (skiing, cycling etc) dinner may be served slightly later. If you require vegetarian meals, please let us know at the time of booking. If you require a meal on the day of arrival, this must be ordered and paid for at the time of booking. Dinner will be served at 19.30 unless by prior arrangement. Other information Wherever possible, we are happy to show you around the area, or accompany you skiing, hiking, cycling etc for a small charge. Whilst we are happy to show you the sights and sports available, for insurance reasons we are unable to instruct or teach, and you participate at your own risk. Therefore, please ensure that your holiday insurance covers you adequately for your chosen sport. Bagnols is at an altitude of 850 metres and as we are close to the mountains, we are affected by an alpine climate. The weather here (particularly higher up in the mountains) can change very quickly, so please remember to take appropriate clothing when out and about. A small selection of wet weather clothing is available for loan, free of charge. In summer, the weather can be very hot, so please ensure you take enough to drink. We are here to make your holiday enjoyable and will try to do anything possible to accommodate your requests. However, please remember we are not a large hotel but a small operation working in our own house and guests are asked to respect our house and contents.
